Here’s how getting started can fit around you and your business.
Can I contact you outside business hours?
Yes. You can email me or send an enquiry at any time. I can’t guarantee an immediate response, but I aim to reply within 24 hours. If you’d like a call-back, please include your contact telephone number.
Can we arrange an appointment outside your usual hours?
My usual hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, excluding public holidays. I can accommodate special requests for appointments outside those hours. Get in touch so we can arrange a suitable time.
Is there a minimum booking time?
You can book ad-hoc services starting from just one hour, ideal for a quick task you need help with. You don’t have to need ongoing support to get in touch.
Are you insured?
Yes. I hold Professional Indemnity Insurance, Public Liability Insurance, and Cyber & Data Risks Insurance. I’m also supervised by HMRC under the Money Laundering Regulations and registered with the ICO.

What experience do you bring?
I bring 30+ years in business support and 10+ years winning bids. I’m Xero and Sage certified, SVA approved and an FSB member. I was also an award finalist in 2024 and 2025.
